KidKraft items are generally shipped directly from Kidkraft’s warehouse in the Toronto area. Pick-ups for KidKraft products are not allowed for products shipped directly from their warehouse.
We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING for most KidKraft items to anywhere in Canada (EXCEPT for remote regions). Occasionally, there may be cases where there will be an applicable shipping surcharge due to an unexpected high shipping cost for a shipment. If this applies to your order, we will contact you to collect this shipping surcharge prior to shipping. For orders shipping to remote regions, we will get your approval and collect any shipping surcharge before shipping.
It usually takes 2-4 business days (4-6 business days during Nov. and Dec.) for an order to ship from the time the order is placed. We will update your order with the tracking # when it is shipped and you will receive a notification email.
Once a shipment is picked up by Canada Post, it should arrive at its destination (given no delay from Canada Post) according to this schedule:
Greater Toronto Area |
1-2 business days |
Ontario (outside GTA) |
2-3 business days |
Quebec & Manitoba |
3-4 business days |
Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia & New Brunswick |
4-5 business days |
Alberta, British Columbia, PEI, Newfoundland |
5-6 business days |
All other regions in Canada |
8-15 business days |
If you need your order expedited or shipped using a faster service, please contact us by phone, email or live-chat BEFORE placing your order. We will respond with an approximate quote on shipping surcharge and estimated delivery date.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the volume of shipments we process each day, it is impossible for us to keep track of each shipment to make sure it has been delivered successfully. It is the responsibility of the customer to report any problems with his/her shipment within 10 business days from the time of shipping. If a shipment is not picked up in time from Canada Post, it will be automatically returned to us at the customer's expense. In this case, the customer will need to pay for the return postage as well as the cost for the initial shipment. If the customer wants to cancel the order, we will treat it as a returned order according to our returns policy.
Also, in the case that Canada Post cannot deliver a shipment due to an error in the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of order, it will be returned to us automatically on the expense of the customer. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost for both the initial shipment and the return shipment. We can ship the order again if the customer can provide the correct shipping address. If the customer wants to cancel the order, we will treat it as a returned order according to our returns policy.
