We ship the majority of the items from our website directly from our Stouffville warehouse, but KidKraft products are shipped from the manufacturer’s warehouse located elsewhere in the Toronto area. Please see FAQ on "How does shipping work for KidKraft products?" for more details.
FREE Local Delivery
We provide FREE local deliveries on orders $35+ to any address in these postal code areas: L4A, L6E, L6C, L3P.
We have partnered with Canada Post to provide fast and reliable shipping services to Canadian destinations. When items are in stock, we usually ship them out in the next 1-3 business days after receiving an order. The processing time for an order will depend on the workload at the warehouse and can take a bit longer in November and December. You will receive an email with the tracking # when your order is picked up from our warehouse.
We do NOT ship outside of Canada at this time.
Shipping surcharges will apply for oversize items and for shipping to remote regions in Canada. If such surcharges apply, we will contact the customer to collect these charges before shipping the order.
We offer the following standard shipping rates for Canada:
Order total $0 - $68.99 (before tax) - $9.99 shipping charge for STANDARD shipping.
Order total $69+ (before tax) - FREE*
*FREE shipping is NOT applicable for remote regions.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the volume of shipments we process each day, it is impossible for us to keep track of each shipment to make sure it has been delivered successfully. It is the responsibility of the customer to report any problems with his/her shipment within 10 business days from the time of shipping. If a shipment is not picked up in time from Canada Post, it will be automatically returned to us at the customer's expense. In this case, the customer will need to pay for the return postage as well as the cost for the initial shipment. If the customer wants to cancel the order, we will treat it as a returned order according to our returns policy.
Also, in the case that Canada Post cannot deliver a shipment due to an error in the shipping address provided by the customer, it will be returned to us automatically on the expense of the customer. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost for both the initial shipment and the return shipment. We can ship the order again if the customer can provide the correct shipping address. If the customer wants to cancel the order, we will treat it as a returned order according to our returns policy.
