The most common reason for this error is a mismatch between the address on your account and the address associated with the credit card you used. The best way to resolve this problem is to add a new (matching) address for payment verification in Step 2 of the checkout process. If this fails, please select the PayPal payment option in Step 2 of checkout and after you confirm your order in Step 3, you will be redirected to PayPal’s website where you can enter your credit card information. You do not need a PayPal account and will also get their free buyer protection feature for your order.
