I received an item I did not order, what should I do?

The first thing to do is to open the cardboard box and verify the content inside the box.  We want to do our best to protect the environment and will re-use good condition boxes from incoming shipments.  Sometimes, our customers might see the cardboard box of another product and would think that it's the wrong item.

If you still believe we sent you the wrong item, please kindly take a picture and send it to [e-mail] to report this problem.  We will then advise you on how to replace the item.
